Clean place, beautiful rooms, amiable and outstandingly accommodating staff. Units with a balcony. Bonus point for a safe, central heating, and an iron. Nice location in a lovely area short walk to bus stations and underground stations, the Altstadt and the old town.

Cozy room, friendly staff, the lovely breakfast made the stay even better with a continental spread and plenty of options, while the helpful location allowed easy access to public transport for exploring nearby attractions.

When we arrived the gentleman was very smartly dressed and asked us was this the first time in Cologne, we said yes and he took out a map and showed us places of interest, he was very helpful. The room was lovely and clean only thing was I could hear the traffic outside at night (but my husband could not) but I would go back to this Hotel just ask for a room that is not facing the road, we where not expecting much for breakfast but when we went down to breakfast it was lovely and we were full coming away (which is a first)

Just that I could hear the traffic outside at night but my husband could not I am a light sleeper

Great location if you want to be in reach of bars and nice places to go out at night only 1 direct tram. Nice room, but small but very clean and quiet. Would stop here again!

We enjoyed visiting the nearby Cologne Zoo, a real hit with the kids! The hotel's spacious family room was perfect for our group. Plus, the fresh breakfast spread had something for everyone.

My children wished there were more kid-friendly snacks available.
